Cape Gate Health Foundation implements a high-level verification process with allocation of a designated service provider. Each chronic unit must be compliant and with the assessment based on the following 7 categories namely:
Structure, Equipment, Infection Control, Emergency Preparedness, Human Resources for Health, Facility Management and Patient Management.

Cape Gate Health Foundation is mobilising efforts to enrol individuals for this subsidy. This assistance provides vital benefits to qualified patients in need. Our team is focused on helping patients understand basic information about the Cape Gate Health Foundation (CGHF), including who is eligible, program benefits, and how to apply for assistance. We aim to help patients maintain their basic. needs whilst on chronic treatment.
Our goal for the year 2022 is to assist over 6000 patients nationally

Strategy Support
We support teams to develop and implement smart, evidence based strategies to optimise the sustainability and impact of interventions. We align with the Department of Health's strategic priorities, deliver consultation services, collaborate with academic and corporate knowledge partners and other health organisations.
Resource mobilisation
We match selected priority needs in the health system with the interests and offerings of prospective partners, then mobilise resources via corporate and philanthropic fundraising, commercial revenue generation and mutually beneficial partnerships.
ACCOUNTABLE STEWARDSHIP
We responsibly steward funds directly into priority projects. Donations are accounted for through transparent financial management and reporting. Monitoring and evaluation of project implementation and results informs quality improvement and reporting.
